All Glass Evacuated Solar Collector Tubes
1、Product Introduction:
All Glass evacuated solar collector tubes are the key component of the Solar Collectors. Each evacuated tube consists of two glass tubes. The outer tube is made of extremely strong transparent borosilicate glass that is able to resist impact from hail up to 25mm in diameter. The inner tube is also made of borosilicate glass, but coated with a special selective coating, which features excellent solar heat absorption and minimal heat reflection properties. The air is withdrawn (evacuated) from the space between the two glass tubes to form a vacuum, which eliminates conductive and convective heat loss. Unlike other types of solar collectors, evacuated tube solar collectors still provide excellent results on cloudy days. This is because the tubes are able to absorb the energy from infrared rays, which can pass through clouds. Wind and low temperatures also have less of an effect on the function of evacuated tubes when compared to flat plate solar collectors due to the insulating properties of the vacuum.
As the key components of the solar collector, the evacuated tube is a production that is optimized in geometry and performance.
The tubes are composed of two concentric glass tubes with in each case are half spherically closed on one side and fused together on the other side.
In order to make solar power usable, the internal glass tube is provided on its external surface with an environmentally friendly, highly selective layer and is thus designed as an absorber.
This coating is thus protected within the vacuum gap. It is an aluminum nitrite sputter layer which is characterized by very low emission and very good absorption.
2、 Introduction of YH Vacuum Tube(High temperature application vacuum tubes)
In cooperation with Tsinghua University,we invented the middle-temperature solar collector tube. It is the high-level production of solar collector tube. The first products to achieve the application of all glass evacuated solar collector tube in the middle temperature.
Apply the technology of plasma anti-reflection coating inside of outer tube; the transmission of technology is close to the theoretical limit, the transmissionτ≥0.91.
Flash getters collocate with non-flash getter inside vacuum tube; Vacuum could be kept under high temperature.
The technologies of Ti coating are used to fill gaps in domestic residential areas and reach advanced international standards. The absorption of coating:α≥0.96, the emission of coating:ε≤0.05.
The operation temperature can be reached 280℃, they can be wildly used in solar heating, solar cooling, industrial heat, agriculture drying, sea water desalination and so on.

Package:
The evacuated tubes must be packed into carton boxes with polystyrene cushion between them
Anti thermal shock:
The evacuated tube must be no damage after 3 times of thermal shock between ≤25℃ and ≥90 ℃ by putting the evacuated tube into water of temperature ≤25℃ and ≥90℃ by turns three times.
Anti-hail:
The evacuated tubes must not be damaged by hails of Ø≤25 mm. The quality of solar tubes is confirmed by positive test results in the impact-from-hail test according to DIN EN 12975-2
